What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone number, age range and anything you choose to write in a form or share during a session.
- Health-related information — symptoms, history and treatment details you share in order to receive guidance. This is sensitive personal data and is handled accordingly.
- Technical information — standard server logs and, where analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data.
The Midlife Symptom Checker runs in your browser and shows your result without collecting anything. If you choose to have your results sent to you, the name, email and optional phone number you provide — together with your symptom-checker scores and a date and time stamp — are stored in a private spreadsheet so Dr. Sulbha Arya can review your pattern and reply. This happens only when you tick the consent box, and you can ask for those records to be deleted at any time.

- To send you communications you have opted in to, which you can leave at any time
- To meet legal and record-keeping obligations
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email, scheduling and video-conferencing tools), under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and any applicable legal or professional record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
