For women 35–55 in perimenopause

Exhausted. Foggy. Gaining weight. Waking at 3 a.m.

You’re not imagining it — and you don’t have to keep guessing.

For many women, midlife changes don’t arrive as one obvious symptom. They show up as a collection of changes that slowly make you feel unlike yourself.

“The weekly programme helped me combat and heal the perimenopause symptoms of headaches, nausea, dizziness, bloating and uneasiness. After three weeks only I am feeling light — I don't feel bloated or lethargic, and the cravings too have gone.”

Exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix
Weight gain despite eating well

Anxiety or mood swings
Waking at 3am

If two or more feel familiar Your body may be telling a bigger story than you've been led to believe. A real story

Sonu Yadav after working with Dr. Sulbha Arya
After

She came in thinking she had a weight problem. In reality, she was exhausted, waking at 3 a.m., struggling with brain fog, mood swings and a body that no longer responded the way it used to.

Once we mapped what was actually happening hormonally, we stopped chasing the weight and worked on the foundations — sleep, protein, strength and stress.

The result? Around 12 kg lost gradually, the 3 a.m. waking settled, hormonal symptoms improved — and her confidence came back.

Questions

Frequently asked

You don't need to work that out on your own. During the session we explore your symptoms, health history and stage of life to understand whether hormonal changes could be contributing, and what your next best steps might be.

Yes. Perimenopause often begins several years before periods stop. Changes in sleep, mood, energy, weight, brain fog or cycle patterns can all appear while you are still menstruating.

Yes. Many women have symptoms even when routine blood tests are reported as normal. This session isn't intended to diagnose medical conditions, but it can help you understand how your symptoms fit together and what may be worth exploring next.

No. If you have recent reports you're welcome to bring them, but they aren't essential. We start with your story and decide together whether further investigation may be helpful.

It's an educational, doctor-led conversation focused on the bigger picture — hormones, sleep, nutrition, stress, metabolism and lifestyle — so you leave with clarity rather than isolated advice.

That's completely fine. This session is about understanding your body and your options. If working together feels right, we can discuss it. If not, you'll still leave with greater clarity and direction.
